1. PURPOSE
These General Conditions of Sale and Use ( GCS/CGU ) define the relationship between Ré-Si and any person wishing to place an order on re-si.fr .
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE T&Cs/T&Cs
Any order implies acceptance of these conditions.
Ré-Si reserves the right to modify the T&Cs/T&Cs at any time , without notice.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
• Ré-Si offers personalized songs made to order.
• Each song is custom created based on information provided by the client.
• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information transmitted .
4. ORDERING PROCESS
• The customer places an order through the Shopify online store and provides the necessary details through an integrated form .
• Once the order has been validated, no modification of the information will be possible .
5. RATES AND PAYMENT
• Secure payment via Shopify Payments (credit cards, PayPal, and other methods available depending on Shopify).
• Payment is required at the time of order and validates the production of the song.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & REFUND
• No refunds are possible, except in the event of a proven technical problem preventing delivery .
• Only one free modification is possible if the song does not meet expectations.
7. DELIVERY
• Standard time : 48 hours.
• Express option (24h) available for an additional €10 .
• The song is sent by email in MP3 format .
8. RIGHTS OF USE
• Personal use : The song can be shared with friends, on social media and on YouTube/TikTok , even if the channel is monetized.
• Commercial Use : If the song is intended for professional use (advertising, branding, public event, professional influencer), the purchase of a commercial license is required .
9. EVENTS
• Weddings, birthdays, private parties : Allowed without restriction.
• Conferences, shows, festivals, businesses : Business license required .

10. USE OF THE SITE
• The re-si.fr website is made available for personal use only.
• Any abusive use of the site is prohibited , in particular:
• Attempted order fraud.
• Unauthorized content extraction or automation (scraping, bots, etc.).
• Fraudulent use of payment services.
• Ré-Si reserves the right to suspend or remove access from any user who does not comply with these rules.
11. RESPONSIBILITY
• Ré-Si cannot be held responsible for errors, interruptions or technical failures of the site.
• The user is responsible for their equipment and internet connection to access the site.
12. DISPUTE MANAGEMENT & MEDIATION
• In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be preferred.
• In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has the option of using a free mediation service . Ré-Si will appoint an approved mediator if necessary.
• In the absence of an agreement, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
13. COOKIES & TRACKING POLICY
• The site uses cookies to improve user experience and collect anonymous statistics.
• Some cookies may be used for conversion tracking and targeted advertising (e.g. Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics).
• The user can manage his preferences via the consent banner displayed on the site.
14. COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
• All songs created by Ré-Si are protected by copyright .
• Any unauthorized distribution or commercialization is prohibited.
• A commercial operating license is required for any professional use.
