2. STORAGE & USE OF DATA

• Storage : Shopify, Google Drive

• Usage : Order processing and song generation

• Sharing with third parties :

• Shopify (payment and store management)

• Google Drive (storage of commands and audio files)

• ChatGPT & Suno (music creation, without transmission of personal data)

3. DATA RETENTION

Data is kept for up to 5 years after the last order , unless the customer explicitly requests deletion.

4. USER RIGHTS

Users have the following rights:

• Right to access, modify and delete their data upon simple request.
