Refund Policy

1. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code , personalized song orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after validation.

2. EXCEPTIONAL CASES OF REIMBURSEMENT

A refund can only be considered if:

• Ré-Si is unable to deliver the order .

• A technical problem is preventing the file from being received and cannot be resolved.

3. POSSIBLE MODIFICATIONS

• Only one free redesign can be requested in case of dissatisfaction.

• No further modifications or refunds will be accepted after this redesign.

4. PURCHASE OF LYRICS AFTER ORDERING

If you did not order the lyrics initially, they can be purchased for an additional €5 .
